Any member blatantly corresponding in a deliberate and provoking manner will be removed from the forum as quickly as possible after the event.

We are all here to communicate and enjoy the various discussions and information on the Anglo Zulu War of 1879. Opinions will vary, you will agree and disagree with one another, we will have debates, and so it goes.
There is no excuse for harassment or bullying of anyone by another person on this site.

| hi pete. I will have a stab . 1 / 3 , 2 / 3 , 3 / 2 , 4 / 3 , 5 / 4 , 6 / 4 , 7 / 2 , 8 / 2 , 9 / 1 , they get a bit harder from now on 10 / 6 ? , 11 / 120 odd ? 12 / take the men into the hills , 13 / Boyle , 14 / R. Burton , 15 / 10 initially and Dalton was added later , I think by memory nearly a year or so later . :) . cheers 90th. |

7 The 24th Regiment of Foot were formed in March 1689, as Sir Edward Derring's Regiment of Foot. In 1751 they became the 24th Regiment of Foot. In 1782 they were localised as the 24th (2nd Warwicksire) regiment of Foot. The Regiment became the South Wales Borderers in 1881. The Regiment are now part of The Royal regiment of Wales
