213 Private J. Stevens, 1/24th Foot. John Stephens enlisted at Liverpool, Lancashire on 23.11. 1874 age 18. He was transferred to the reserves prior to 16.11.1880. The medal and clasp confirmed on the roll. 157 medals with this clasp issued to the 1/24th South Wales Borderers.

Same as Corp Collett , not involved in the zulu war ? . Entitled to Medal with 1877 - 78 Clasp and in the Roll is listed as STEPHENS . cheers 90th.
