| Does anyone know why Trooper Pearce returned to the camp after Starting his escape from Isandlana?? I think it was something to do with his horse saddle Cheers DB14 |

Hi PO Tom, There may well have been more than one Pearse/Pearce. However, the one I am have in mind was alive and detailed to the Princess Eugenie escort duty, post Isandhlwana.

| Hi All. I have posted the reason why Pearce returned , He went back to his tent to change bits ( Horse ) from a Snaffle to a regulation bit . I also posted his Christian Names in my earlier post . Those who maybe confused go back to the start of the thread and take it from there . cheers 90th. |
