Great read. I was particularly entertained by the fact that I could easily have taken the gold medal in the marathon in 1904; and i am particularly interested in the women's boxing and the Indian Club Swinging - need to find out more about this! :lol:

So they didn't do drug testing in 1904. Sounds like he was a very luckly man...

So they had Zulu's who threw spears at the Brits at I"sandlwana", and Indians who shot arrows at Custer "Little Bighorn" :lol:
You have to admire the posture of the Zulu throwing the spear.
