Pascal Your first post No they were hated. Your second post Yes he did on a number of occasions Your third post The 'diplomatic service' was sent to listen ti the terms and conditions at the Tugela meeting.
Over all Any entreaties made by the Zulu were ignored by Chelmsford. He wasnt interested in listening.

Rascal. I'm sure you have read enough on the Zulu Warriors to realise they were disliked by all those who were not part of the Zulu Nation. The Zulu's as you are well aware didnt make friends ! , but by being warlike and damn good at it , they were hated and feared by the other Black nations as you put it , as Springbok has already posted . Some of the black races didnt like the whites as you say , but they most likely werent as afraid of them as compared to the zulu army. Cheers La Skippy

Yes Skippy, but they would have to understand that whites were more dangerous to them than the Zulus ...

Rascal history proves that these Black Nations didnt think that was the case ! . If they thought the Whites were worse they surely would've combined and done something about it , but they didnt ! . 90th
