The Story Of An African City Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Story Of An African City   The Story Of An African City EmptySun Mar 03, 2013 6:23 am

I am on the look-out for Joseph Forsyth Ingram's Zulu War medal, which was named to the Durban Volunteer Artillery, so I would welcome any news of its existence.

As reported elsewhere on this forum, I recently acquired Ingram's Queen's South Africa Medal. I have now completed writing up a biography - a most interesting man, who achieved fame in Natal in late Victorian times as an explorer, author and artist, but who died in 1923 largely forgotten and in poverty.
