Hi Littlehand

I can only find two Webber's on the medal roll.

One in the 24th (2nd Warwickshire) and the other in 1/13th (1st Somersetshire).

In this article he says he joined the marines at 17. But can't find any trace of a marine called John Webber either:scratch:

In my Kimberley medal roles I have found a 1014 J.H. Webber in the Kimberley Light Horse

N/T of him in Dennisons Scouts in the Boer war medal rolls.
