We are all here to communicate and enjoy the various discussions and information on the Anglo Zulu War of 1879. Opinions will vary, you will agree and disagree with one another, we will have debates, and so it goes.

| Hi All, It was my Dad who first got me into Zulu and as a testament to that and as a legacy to him, I have decided to invest in an original piece of artwork from the renowned military artist Jason Askew. This in the near future will be framed and adorn my lounge wall with great pride. I now fully own the attached artwork and copyright, but I have decided to share this with the world and the members on here will have the first opportunity to pre-order a copy of the artwork. The artwork is A1 size, which measures 33.1" wide (841mm) * 23.4" high (594mm) and will be reproduced on a high quality paper. The print will be posted in a suitable mailing tube and world wide postage will be free.The artwork will go off to the printers within the next week, so if you would like to order a copy of this unique artwork please feel free to contact me. | Looks pretty good, i have a few pieces of his
artwork..( signed ) and find the above very
interesting! the rampart looks extremely low
but i imagine it falls off very steeply..xhosa |

| A thought as just struck me! as these will be first
generation copies, will the first run be available as
ltd editions? and have you arranged Jason to sign
any!..sorry if this seems a bit cold, but as a collector
i set store by such things, and of course you could
adjust the prices accordingly.. just thinking aloud.. |

| Hi Richie I have several signed prints from Jason Askew , all of which I think are excellent pieces . My favourite is the one which features the Guns of the R.A attempting to escape from Isandlwana , wonderful picture .  Cheers 90th |
