Yes he is listed on the Medal Roll.

Private 1631 H. Collins, Medal with 1877-8-9 Clasp.

I am doing some research on my great grandfather, Henry Collins Service No. 1631 and just wanted to thank you for the publication of his funeral notice.

If you had any other suggestions as to where I might find further information about his service, or earlier life I would be most grateful.
