Hi All,
Can't find anything with J or Jenkings. A William Goodson attested 6 Nov 1875 45/520 3rd Buffs, age 24, born 1851 Camden Town London. To S Africa 20 Oct 1878 In Natal 28 Oct 1878, left 26 Oct 1879, Discharged Canterbury 6 Jan 1888, 13 yrs. Possibly dies 14 Oct 1929 and is buried St Nicholas Churchyard Ash, Dover, Kent. There is a photograph of the grave on the billiongraves website.
