Another one of my Staff College collection.
I will use the pre-1881 Reforms titles as the course started just prior to them.

Third man from left second row Captain J.B. Leefe, he became a full general in 1912. A bit obscure, didn't get any of the grand cross awards as you would expect from full generals. He was with the Royal Marines Artillery all the way through. Only posting overseas I can find from the internet is he was POW camp commandant in St. Helena (of Napoleon fame) in 1900 -01 guarding Boer prisoners including Gen Piet Cronjé.
He was eventually Commandant of Royal Marine Artillery at Portsmouth HQ, retiring in 1914 and died in 1922.
