Henry C Barrett HMS Active?

There is a Charles H Barrett in the medal listings. He was a sick bearth steward on board the HMS Active 1877-78-79 clasp
Is this the same chap Tom?

I believe that Charles Henry Barrett and Henry Charles Barrett are one and the same. Both men were born around 1855 and both were born in Littlehampton, Sussex. Both men were Ship's Corporals in 1881 and both were listed as Master-at-Arms in 1891 and 1892. Charles Henry Barrett joined the Howard Lodge of Brotherly Love at Littlehampton in 1892, and members of that Lodge attended Henry Charles Barrett's funeral. I have been unable to find service records for either name, so I have no definitive proof, but I do have a lot of coincidences. This is one of those little mysteries that I, and "1879graves", have been trying to solve for a couple of years. But, like I said at the beginning, I believe they are both the same man.
