With regards to the deployment of 2/24th at the time of Isandlwana and the Drift could anyone help? Obviously B company were feverishly engaged, also losses at Isandlwana but where were the rest of 2/24th at ?

They are the company designations. Obviously B were at RD.

Thanks Kenny better put my dunce hat on mate and go to the corner. So these were the with Chelmsford. I went to see Zulu Dawn in 1979 and the scene that gripped me was the O Toole scene having lunch when he was informed there was a battle on at Islandlwana.
