Cape Field Artillery and an interesting AZW comparison

I read though this article and thought it was interesting in a number of ways hence posting it on the forum.
Although not containing any direct AZW references, reading between the lines one can perhaps see a pre AZW mindset in the thinking of those concerned with the article.
What is suprising are some of the quotes and that it is that it is written after the AZW.
