Brave Fugitive. The Natal Witnesse's impression.

There is much discussion at the moment about the anonymous account made by 'The Brave Fugitive' about the battle of iSandlwana. The Natal Witness was obviously not impressed by it judging by the sarcasm at the beginning of the letter.

Gotta love it. Dripping with sadontic venom. But and there is a big but, had the reporter ever been put in a position of seeing hundreds of men ripped to shreds by MH boxer bullets and split asunder by those terrible spears, ot listen to the screech of men and animals in agony and in fear and smelt the fresh blood and entrails spilt on the ground. I think not. mental fatigue can happen not just after a battle.
