I thought about finding out where some of those that took part in the Zulu War 1879 lived either before (Died) or after the War. Then find the address on Google Earth and post a photo of the house and street as it is now (or back in 2006) When Google was last up-dated. If you think it’s a stupid idea please tell me so I don’t waste my time. Comments Please.

Maybe start another forum call it (This is the house where?? Lived)

Perhaps some of the houses are long gone, but there must be plenty still out there. Or maybe something in its place.

Fantastic idea....may I ask - how do you copy and save a photo off of Google earth? (sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm not much of a computer guy)
