Arthur John Bigge, 1st Baron Stamfordham was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.). He was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Royal Victorian Order (G.C.V.O.). He was decorated with the award of Imperial Service Order (I.S.O.). He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.). He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.). He gained the title of 1st Baron Stamfordham. He was invested as a Knight Grand Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (G.C.I.E.). He was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.).
