From Mackinnon & Shadbolt . Paymaster ( Ret Major ) Balders C.M. ( 3rd Hussars ) , Proceeded to South Africa with the Regt , and served at Pietermaritzburg during the war . Seems he would've had the Medal but No Clasp . Cheers 90th
