135 years ago, of course. Also a Sunday. And the following day (Monday 2nd June), the enormous expedition to the Ityotyosi to recover the body. Event at Shortlands Library (near Chislehurst) 2.15 this afternoon to commemorate

Well, it was a packed event - for a small venue. And we spent half the afternoon talking precisely about Isandlwana and Rorke's Drift - as well as the death of Louis. Exploded some more myths from That Baker Film too! But that's a great slide show, by the way. Regards to Manchester
