Fight Us in the Open: by John Laband

Does anyone know anything about this book. A local book seller has this on display in his window priced at £45.00. Its this a rare book if not what makes in worth that price.

I dont own this book as yet, but anything by LABAND is seen as being very good, in the same league as I. KNIGHT. I think 45 quid is
way to much, found this if your interested, will keep looking ,if i find a better deal i will post the link.

£45.00 is far too much for this book.
