Hi 90th

I do not have a Rattey listed on my database, so I am unable to assist with this one.

hi 1879graves.
Thanks for the quick reply, i thought it may be a longshot.

hi ctsg.
That is why i asked for help, i was hoping somebody may have known if he served in the zulu war, as the year 1877 could have placed him in sth africa in either the 13th ,24th or 88th regts in the earlier kaffir wars and stayed on till 1879. You did well to find the i.s wright site, they send me emails when they have auctions as i have purchased items from them in the past.
I think if he isnt in 1879graves database, he more than likely wasnt in south africa.

cheers 90th.
