91st uniform questions?

Getting ready to paint some.

I'm researching the uniform and two questions:

1) The rank and file have the highland type cuff on their tunic and some officers seem to have it as well, but I have also found officers with normal yellow cuff. What have you done?

2) The pipers look to be wearing normal kilt and all. I have found different colors listed for the tunic. Both dark blue and green tunic were listed.
What color did you use?

The photo really seals the deal. I have converted the figures for the 91st to the gauntlet cuff.

They are old RalPartha and I only needed to convert three officers, three NCOs, and a pair of buglers.

I thought I’d include this as you can get away with 91st officers wearing patrol jackets, rather than scarlet.
