Not much chance of traking this one down unless a descendant comes onto the forum and recognises other family members but you never know.

Without more information we may not know who this is.
Although understandably researching burial location alone may not give a true indication of where another may be, I was looking at data for Smith defenders.
Looking at the information in the forum's we have a burial location for George Smith 2-24/1387 Islington, so maybe not him, in relation to the location information in the article.
But we do not have, that I can find, a burial location for John Smith 25B/1005, parhaps this may be him.
Obviously this could relate to other Smith's posts.
Just a suggestion, but more information required of course.
