SAGS no clasp

Landed in Natal 4th July 1879. Served in Durban and Maritzburg as divisional officer RE and as adjutant to the CRE South African Field Force.
Employed also in surveying in detail the battle-field of iSandlwana and the ground adjecent thereto.

Hi All,
Penrose RE, died 12 April 1927 in Exmouth Devon, he is buried in Littleham Churchyard Exmouth.
