Hi All,
Albert Dennis, his memorial appears on Ryde Social Heritage Group Website, well worth looking at also on this website are Percy Barrow 19th Hussars, Richard Steele Fetherstonhaugh 3/60, George Ryan AMD. all buried in Ryde Cemetery I o Wight.

Barrow's is only a Memorial he is buried at Saltwood in Kent.

That's Alfred Dennis (not Albert) my Great Grandfather.
Photo of him here taken in 1902 in Dublin, Royal Engineers, in charge of the barracks, I believe he was a Sergeant Major [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
