Edmund Arthur Herbert b.5 Aug 1867 d.1946 Chepstow. Served Inniskilling Dragoons and Irish Gds, South Africa Jan 1887 to Feb 1891 and 1899 to 1902. 2nd Boer War, and WW1. 1911 Address Moynes Court Chepstow. Not Zulu War 1879.
