| I hope this is not a repeat of a previous posting. When you open the link there is a small faded copy of the muster roll. Scroll down the page and you will see a much larger, and clearer, copy. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Other areas of the site have some interesting photos. Petty Officer Tom |

| 133 Lt Adendorff. And does anyone know if the original is in the Regimental Museum, as on the website it says - Quote :
- It is my assumption that the original of this
facsimile is housed in the regimental museum of the Royal Regiment Wales.

| Joe, I am sure the original is in the regimental museum at Brecon, as I obtained my copy of the roll from them around 10 years ago during a visit to the museum.

| hi littlehand. If I'm not mistaken I think you will find the Bourne roll was completed many years after the battle , somehwhere in the region of 25 plus or possibly even longer . If no-one else can post the exact details I will have a look after work this afternoon . cheers 90th. ps. Fairly certain the original ( Chard Roll ) is in the museum at Brecon , when you join the " zulu war club ' you get a free copy of the roll . [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] And no I am not a member

| hi Joe. No I havent joined but not for lack of trying , I did try and sign up a couple of times a long time ago , but no-one ever contacted me . And it was free to join so I assume it still is . It says once you join they send you a free copy of the Chard Roll , that is why I think the original roll is at Brecon . I will post the link to join . [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Let me know how you get on cheers 90th. :) |

| Joe, I joined the Zulu club many years ago ( it is free ) and originally received an e mail newsletter about once a quarter although this became more and more infrequent - the last e mail newsletter must be nearly 2 years ago. Let me know how you get on.

| Hello everyone! As this is my first contribution to the forum, I hope you'll all forgive any slips. For a clearer version of the muster roll, try this link: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]This was apparently produced using both the Chard and the Bourne Rolls. It also gives details of medal awards. Hope this is of some help. |
