Burying the Carbineers

I've read Forbes and Norris-Newman who record how most of the Carbineers were found with Durnford and that they
were buried and the graves marked.

But i've also read an account from an officer in the Carbineers from june who states that he buried the Carbineers,
including Lt. Scott.

Anyone know when the Carbineers were definatly buried ?

The Carbineers' bodies' discvoery and burials are identified precisely in the third essay by Frederic Bomy and myself in Studies in the Zulu War vol V. We hope this gives closure to any lingering doubts.
