Hi All,
Doubts about this one. Major Thomas Capel Rose [2/21 1888 Army List] born circa 1844/45 Kettering. His probate states, died 5 Jan 1890 at 5 Palatine Sq Burnley [his address] late of Cahir in Ireland.
Buried 9 Jan 1890 St Andrew's Church Cransley Northants. Not on the medal roll.
